The placenta is labeled with mom’s name. This label stays with the placenta during each step of the process.
The placenta is rinsed, veins are cut and excess blood is drained. If you ordered the gold heart umbilical cord keepsake, then the cord is removed at this point.
Lemon juice, cayenne pepper and ginger are added to the raw placenta.
The placenta steams for 30 minutes. By doing this, it rids the placenta of ANY type of bacteria, virus, or infection and makes it safe to eat. We use the same process pharmaceutical companies use.
The cooked placenta is cut into smaller pieces.
The pieces are put onto a dehydrator for 12 hours.
The dehydrated pieces are put into a blender.
The pieces are crushed into powder.
The capsules are put into the capsule machine.
The placenta powder is poured into the capsules and the capsules are sealed shut.
The capsules are packaged into a glass water bottle, gift box and gift bag.
All equipment and workspace is thoroughly sanitized.
